Naugle Co’s Repair Services
We are limited on the amount of small repairs we are able to perform; however we will try to accommodate your request.

Nature of these repairs.
To be professionally accomplished most of these types of repairs require the knowledge of a competent general contractor and the skill of the tradesman of the trade involved.

Selecting a contractor for small repairs.
“If a person selectS a highly competent professional contractor to build a home or project, why would they later consider potentially putting their home in the hands of a “Jackleg” on one aspect of the project?”

To select a handyman or repair contractor you would select a company or person just like you would for selecting a contractor fo a larger project. If the evaluation and performing of the work is to be accomplished by a one person handyman type, it will need to be a uniquely qualified individual. You will need to find a person that is qualified to run a full service home improvement business, is fairly skilled in all trades but, for whatever reason doesn’t want to be in business and likes to work with their hands. You should insist on 20 years experience, a resume’ and several references for the specific task to be performed.

Update for 2010:

With continued economic difficulties we understand that many homeowners are putting off their large home improvement projects, but in the meantime smaller repairs and upkeep are needed to maintain your home. The Naugle Company has addressed this need by ramping up our “Hometec Services” division, which is just a fancy way of describing a handyman service. Not to worry, we will still be there for you when you are ready for that room addition or kitchen remodel, but until then please consider us your personal handyman.
